I have ate twice at this pizza place. The buffet is a bit small but the food is great. They have a salad bar full of anything you might want. Regarding the buffet they will have a basic pizza out to take from But they also ask if there is any pizza you want, which is very nice. My wife and I went there the other day and despite the fact we were about 15 minutes past the buffet cut-off time, they still let us have it. I believe it was Tina (hope I got her name right) that did that and she was always there to help with drinks and even after we'd been there a while, she asked if we'd happen to eat a small pizza of our choice. We said sure and she had it made fresh and hot. That is service that goes above and beyond. For all we ate the price is great and the service is superb. It is a small town pizza, so you won't bet that big pizza place atmosphere. But that works in its favor as it caters to a smaller clientele and gives a more 1on1 service based approach. As a side note the bathroom was very clean and well maintained. If you are in DeKalb or just passing through you can't go wrong if you want some great pizza at an affordable price with down home good service.

Super friendly people. Very attentive to all their customers. The buffet is very good and the pizza is phenomenal. Small town restaurant with a lot of southern hospitality. Definitely worth a visit!!!!

De Kalb is a small town of fewer than 1,500 people. I don't know how long Venice Pizza has been open, but I became aware of them when I saw their mailing they sent out. I noticed that they had a $7.99 for a lunch buffet. I figured I couldn't go wrong to try it. Now, I've gone two weekends in a row! It is good. The value is terrific, and the staff is caring and responsive. The salad part of the buffet is pretty extensive for such a small town, and they offer 2 to 3 types of pizzas at a time on their buffet. The pizza is of good quality and quite tasty, not world-class, but better than average. I decided that I would write a Google review when I got home. This is a nice place and a fantastic value. Please get out there and support this business! It is a valid venture that is attempting to venture into a brave journey. They deserve the support because they have a fine product in a very small community where it will be challenging to stay open without your continued patronage!

This is an amazing little pizza place, with ridiculously good pizza and great prices. They have a buffet every day! And all the staff are super friendly. Go check them out when you drive through!

Great place to eat in DeKalb! They gave awesome fish that's better than Catfish King. Now serve wings and things also. Recommend for anyone here or passing through! Service is great as well. Waitress really worked hard to take care of every person there.
